Paul Fessler

Paul Fessler is Professor of History and Chair of the History Department at Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. He earned his PhD in history at Texas A&M University with a focus on immigration and ethnicity in American history. His publications include Dutch Immigrants on the Plains with Robert Swierenga and Hubert Krygsman and “The Political and Pedagogical in Bilingual Education: Yesterday and Today” in German-American Immigration and Ethnicity in Comparative Perspective.
