Ringling, Otto portrait

Otto Ringling (1858-1911) was the long-time treasurer of the Ringling Bros. Circus. His brothers regarded him as the financial genius of the operation, and his contributions were critical to their success. Otto never married and had no children. When he died in 1911, he left his one-fifth share of the circus to his youngest brother, Henry, who worked for the show but was not one of the five partners.
