Bonniecrest, the Boas Family’s Summer Home in Greenwich, CT, n.d.

In 1903, Emil and Harriet Boas purchased twenty-two acres of land in Greenwich, Connecticut, a wealthy New York City suburb. The following year, they built a summer home there at 510 North Street. The home, which was named Bonniecrest, served as a kind of country retreat.
