Facts about Immigration
In her role as secretary of the National Consumers’ League, social reformer and political activist Florence Kelley (1859-1932) participated in two immigration conferences in New York City on September 24 and December 12, 1906. The conferences were organized by the National Civic Federation, which published the proceedings in January 1907 under the title Facts about Immigration.
